Our Mission is to deliver well-organized, high-quality adult soccer leagues and coaching experiences across New York City, creating competitive, inclusive, and enjoyable opportunities for players and teams throughout the year.

Metro Soccer NY organizes adult soccer leagues across New York City, offering a structured and high-quality playing experience throughout the year. With 5v5, 7v7, 8v8, and 11v11 formats, our leagues are designed for players of all levels, including open and co-ed divisions.

Our seasonal structure keeps the game going year-round, with leagues running in Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. In addition to leagues, we also support coaching programs in public schools across the city, helping grow the game at every level.

Metro Soccer NY uses multiple field locations across New York City to host leagues, camps, and special events throughout the year. From Manhattan to Brooklyn and Queens, our venues are selected to provide convenient access and a strong playing experience for every format.
